   The end of summer brings the best Irish tomatoes and all you need is a really great Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Lola Sagra of Nobleza del Sur makes some of the very best and to celebrate her coming to Dublin, Sarah & Olive will be hosting a very special evening at McNally Family Farm.

    As part of <strong>Eat Spain, Drink Spain 2026</strong>, Sarah &amp; Olive is bringing together an extraordinary group of growers, cooks, drinks, people and producers for a relaxed evening at McNally Family Farm.

    Olive oil sommelier Sarah Merrigan will be joined by renowned Spanish olive oil producer <strong>Lola Sagra of Nobleza del Sur</strong>. Together, they will guide guests through an interactive olive oil masterclass before everyone sits down to a generous, family-style supper celebrating late-summer produce from the farm.
