EU Regulation (No. 432/2012) defines high-polyphenol olive oils as having 250 mg per kg but a well-made early harvest olive oil can have a lot more. This collection is a selection of our higher polyphenol EVOOs. As well as polyphenols these oils are packed with lots of those fresh green notes that make all your favourite dishes come alive.
