This robust olive oil is fruity and green with a beautiful peppery finish. It is a fabulous extra virgin olive oil for dipping and drizzling.

Origin: DO Sierra Mágina - Jaén.

Farm Size: 40 hectares in total

Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is obtained directly from mechanical means and temperatures never go above 27 degrees during the process, and no chemicals are used at any stage of the process. It has 0.11% acidity which is extremely low.

Olives are milled within a few hours of being picked.

This olive oil is filtered.

Sustainability: This olive oil comes from trees that are over 100 years old. The farm's high altitude location means that it has extreme temperatures of hot and cold over the course of the year and this is what produces olive oil that is naturally high in polyphenols.
