How Things Work

Delivery Locations: We currently ship across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Times:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Times:

• Standard delivery: 2-3 business days 

Shipping Fees:

• Republic of Ireland: € 10

• Northern Ireland: €10

Local Pickup: We offer a free local pickup option from Glasnevin Food Market at 38a Barrow Rd, Glasnevin, Dublin. Simply uncheck the P&P box when ordering.

Returns Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days  of delivery at sarahandolivedublin@gmail.com. We will require a photo of the damaged item, along with your order number, to process your claim. We may also request that you return the order to us for verification.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days 

• Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
