Sarah & Olive Present The Hungry Fishermonger for the Ultimate Fish Supper ^Sale

Join us for an evening of olive oil tasting followed by an incredible fish supper prepared by fishermonger and author Sebastian Skillings @the.hungry.fishmonger SC Grocer, Monkstown, A94 F7K8- Friday 10^th October at 7.30pm 

Olive oil sommelier Sarah Merrigan will guide a fun, interactive extra virgin olive oil tasting followed by a relaxed, tapas and family-style supper featuring a bespoke menu of fish dishes prepared by Sebastian Skillings

More about Sebastian

Sebastian Skillings is a cook and author based in Dublin. Originally from London, he spent many years working in hospitality before making the move to Dublin where he met his partner and started working in the famous Georges Fish shop in Monkstown. Talking to customers and inspiring them to cook fish in his signature simple but incredibly tasty style led him to start writing his debut cookbook ‘The Hungry Fishmonger’ which was published in May of this year.

Seb also creates beautiful recipes and content for his popular Instagram and TikTok accounts and last year @thehungryfishmonger was awarded ‘Best Instagram & Tik Tok account’ while The independent has included him in the 2025 ‘Ones to watch list’.
