Finca la Torre Organic Pedro Ximénez Sherry Vinegar

Dark mahogany in colour. Sweet and very aromatic. Smooth, enveloping, full-bodied, aromatic, with hints of raisins. The grape must gives it flavour, sweetness and creaminess, and the Pedro Ximénez gives it fruitiness. Spectacular.
