SUSTAINABLY PRODUCED, SMALL BATCH, MULTI-AWARD WINNING
This premium organic extra virgin olive oil is sustainably sourced from biodynamic groves in the heart of Andalucía, Spain. Managed by Víctor Serrano, the estate’s regenerative farming practices result in a high polyphenol olive oil packed with antioxidants. Produced exclusively with early harvest olives, it boasts a fresh, green flavour profile and exceptional quality.
Located northwest of Antequera in Malaga on land once used by the Romans for olive oil production, the Finca la Torre farm consists of 34,000 olive trees, some planted as far back as 1840. Production is limited to just 60,000 litres per year and always sells out.
Like all of Finca la Torre’s incredible output is made with early harvest olives which produces higher polyphenol olive oils that are green, fresh and packed with flavour.

Origin: Bobadilla, Andalucía, Spain.
Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is obtained directly from mechanical means and temperatures never go above 27 degrees during the process, and no chemicals are used at any stage of the process. It has 0.10% acidity.
Olives are milled within an hour of being picked.
This olive oil is filtered.
Agriculture: 380 hectares in total, organically and biodynamically farmed. The farm consists of 230 hectares of olive groves and 150 hectares of pastures and Mediterranean forest.
Sustainability: Excellent. This sustainably sourced olive oil supports biodiversity.
Biodynamic farming is based on regenerative practices, and soil health is the cornerstone. Finca la Torre has been a member of Olivares Vivos for 15 years, an organisation which works to recover and preserve the biodiversity of olive groves.
