Robust and exceptionally smooth with a lively peppery finish and nice bitterness, this premium Spanish olive oil comes from Jaen, Andalucía where maker Maria José Toral and her husband Félix Ruiz Pérez work their farm and produce this early harvest olive oil that is one of the our best olive oils for dipping and drizzling.
Pagos de Toral’s output is extremely limited and just 2,500 bottles are produced each year. The early harvest olives used to make this oil are collected over a single day and night and milled immediately to ensure quality and a high polyphenol olive oil that is green, fresh and packed with flavour.

Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is made from olives milled within a few hours of being picked. As per best practice, the olives are milled mechanically and temperatures never go above 27 degrees. No chemicals are used at any stage of the process.
