This beautiful early harvest olive oil is fruity and green with herbaceous notes and a beautiful peppery finish. It is a fabulous extra virgin olive oil for dipping and drizzling and enhances any tomato dish.

Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is made from olives milled within a few hours of being picked. As per best practice, the olives are milled mechanically and temperatures never go above 27 degrees. No chemicals are used at any stage of the process.
