Más Tarrés EVOO is made with a selection of olives grown by the family in the Tarrés property. Situated just outside the village of Mont-roig del Camp, located between the sea and the mountains, this best of both world’s terroir produces incredible EVOO that has won prizes the world over.
Más Tarrés output is mainly early harvest olive oil and this cold pressed EVOO is one of the first oils to be bottled after each harvest. This means it is a high polyphenol olive oils with green, fresh notes

Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is made from olives milled within a few hours of being picked. As per best practice, the olives are milled mechanically and temperatures never go above 27 degrees. No chemicals are used at any stage of the process.

Acidity in olive oil refers to the oxidation or degradation of the oil and the maximum permitted for Extra virgin Olive is .8 so this is a fabulous result.
