This robust olive oil is fruity and green with a beautiful peppery finish. It is a fabulous extra virgin olive oil for dipping and drizzling. This limited edition is Lola Sagra’s love letter to olive oil and is made with olives personally selected by Lola herself.
Nobleza del Sur is located in the heart of Andalucia outside the world heritage city of Úbeda on fertile land close to the Guadalimar river which enjoys a unique continental Mediterranean microclimate. The family has been farming in the region since 1640. Production of Novo is extremely limited and always sells out.
Nobleza del Sur’s output is made with early harvest olives and Novo is the first oil to be bottled after each harvest. This means it is a high polyphenol olive oils with lots of green, fresh notes.

Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is made from olives milled within a few hours of being picked. As per best practice, the olives are milled mechanically and temperatures never go above 27 degrees. No chemicals are used at any stage of the process.
