More About This Olive Oil
BIODYNAMIC, FRUITY, GREAT VALUE
This medium fruity olive oil is produced by the pioneering "Ecológica La Olivilla" cooperative a small group of 8 farmers committed to not only to making high-quality oil but also to restoring their local environment. Located in Sierra de Cazorla, Jaén, "Ecológica La Olivilla" is a pioneer in preserving the olive grove ecosystem—not only its vegetation cover but also the native flora and fauna. They care for the ecosystem by reintroducing native plant species and improving habitats for local insects, reptiles, and birds like kestrels, little owls, and barn owls, in collaboration with SEO-BirdLife.
