Sarah & Olive Meets Assassination Custard May 4th
POPUP ALERT: OLIVE OIL TASTING SESSION WITH LOLA SAGRA MAKER OF ECO DAY (AKA FLOS OLEI’S BEST OLIVE OIL OF 2022) FOLLOWED BY DINNER FROM KEN & GWEN OF ASSASSINATION CUSTARD
Taking place on Wednesday 4th May in the intimate Twilight market of Glasnevin, Ken & Gwen from Assassination Custard will team up with Sarah and Olive for a fun, tapas-style gathering that will kick off with a bespoke tasting of some of the world’s finest olive oils with Lola Sagra of Nobleza del Sur. This is an incredible opportunity to learn more about the world of best-in-class olive oils. This will be followed by a tapas style feast prepared by Assassination Custard in which each dish will be inspired by one of Nobleza del Sur’s single-estate extra virgin olive oils and complemented by the oil’s distinct set of notes and aromas. Prepare to be thrilled and educated on the versatility of olive oil across a diverse range of exceptional dishes.
Known for their incredible creativity, simple ingredients, and no-fuss, down-to-earth approach, Ken & Gwen tend to use extra virgin olive oil or “EVOO” in most of their dishes and are delighted to have the chance play with such incredible olive oils.
