Located just outside the World Heritage city of Ubeda in the heart of Jaén,  the Cortiquo Espiritu Santo estate measures approximately 100 hectares which is small by many standards. The estate produces mainly Picual olives and in recent years has introduced the Arbequina variety.

Cortijo Espiritu Santo Organic Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is solely made with certified organic Arbequina olives harvested in early November. It is bright yellow in colour with an intense aroma of mature olives.

Cortijo Espiritiu Santo Picual 500ml

The olives for Cortijo Espiritu Santo Organic Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil are harvested early for maximum freshness and taste in mid-October. and as temperatures in the region are still high (sometimes up to 35 degrees during the day) this takes place at night. After harvesting with a few hours the olives have been milled and this is what produces the exceptional freshness of the oil.
