Finca la Matilla have been making beautiful oil for over 150 years just outside the historic town of Carmona, Seville where farmers have been producing olive oil since the fifteenth century.
Each bottle of this very special olive oil is made using six to seven kilos of olives which are carefully harvested at dawn then milled within a few hours.
